Hello Everyone... Its that Time again to update you all on Us all here in Lovely Germany.. as Some of you may remember/read.. Matt is getting out of the Air Force and we will be moving to PA come End of this year and then we will be starting Life all over again just will be our next Path in Life.. we are ALL excited about this Move and to be finally by Family and friends.. yes many worries goes along with this all But its all in Gods Hands and we will be trusting in him on what will really happen next for us.. but any ways... now to updates..
Tristan:
He is doing good growing big.. but yet still small.. he is smart little bugger and trys to get away with many things but doesnt.. he is growing to fast on Me hard to believe he will be 2 yrs old next month (June) but he is just doing good..
Alyssa:
She is doing good growing big and such a talker.. some times I wonder if she even knows how NOT to talk for just a minute... haha.. she reminds me of Samantha at that age and the ALWAYS none stop talking about everything under the sun.. Alyssa is still upset she doesnt get to start school this year too.. she doesnt want Ayme to go with out her.. its kinda cute. hopefully she will do okay when August comes and all 3 girls will be in school.. but we shall see in time.... Alyssa will be 4 next month (June) which is crazy to think... my kids just grow up way to fast (as all kids do to us) but Alyssa is doing good
Ayme:
She is doing good just like them all She is growing a ton.. she is actually taller then most her friends which all her friends are in Kindergarten already so Ayme I see to be the tallest in her class come school time She is such a goof ball Ayme and I see her to always be like that.. she is to smart for her own good and her hand writing is pretty nice.. she knows a lot of school stuff already so it shall be interesting how she does in school in August she is super excited.. BUT we just got to work on the no sucking thumb that will take some work.. hopefully that will just click and she will stop.. but we shall see in time.. but all in all Ayme is doing good
Michelle:
She is doing good and has gotten super tall and skinny she needs some meat on her bones haha she is taking after her daddy with her size but she is doing good and doing just awesome in school and has recovered so well from her tonsils being out the doctors were shocked with how well she healed up and how fast... but all in all Michelle is doing great
Samantha:
She is doing good.. she is doing really well in school she is getting super tall as well.. she is 4'6 now only 1ft shorter then me.. NOOOO my baby cant be growing that fast on me.. hehe.. but she is doing really good
Matthew:
He is doing alright.. still dealing with the stresses of work at times and all the fun paper work of getting out of the air force has started as well and this week he is working 12s and on days.. they like to throw him from swing shift (2-11pm or later) to days ( 7-4pm or later) but its okay we are making do.. he is doing alright and still just so excited to be out of the Air Force and back home by family
Me:
I'm doing A LOT better then back in Feb/Mar I have started going to the gym 5 days a week with my good friend Anna and I have lost 8lbs so far since going to the gym... so I'm happy about that.. I still have a lot of weight to go.. but i'll get there in time.. I have really just been enjoying working out and feeling so good.. but any ways.. all in all i'm doing really well and hopefully I will continue to feel better...
all in all I believe that is about it for all of us for this past month.. as always thank you for reading and Will keep you posted on everything here in Germany and in our Final Months here.. T-minus 7mths til in PA

March Family update 2012
Hello everyone.. it is that time again to update you all on us all here in Germany.. so Sit down grab a coffee and a snack and get ready to read... :)
Tristan: He is doing good.. growing big... he is only 22.6lbs and 33inches... not to bad for 23mths and his starting weight being only 4.8lbs any ways.. he is doing good.. and getting smarter every day he loves his cars and trucks its all he plays with he LOVES to play at the 1 park here by the house he can go in and climb the whole thing by himself it has been nice.. I'm enjoying this stage :)
Alyssa: She is doing good.. getting smarter every day.. its just to bad she couldnt start school this Fall too she knows her shapes, colors some letters and numbers too I think when Ayme starts in August I may just start some school books with Alyssa so she will be more then ready NEXT school year in 2013.. she is doing good though
Ayme... She is doing good she is growing learning a lot lately.. she is super excited about school in August I keep telling her.. you still have 4mths til you start school... but she is super excited and she is just doing really well
Michelle: Well Michelle is doing better.. she did have her surgery on the 22nd of March.. all went super smoothly the doctors said it couldnt of gone any better then it did she healed up really well and goes back for her check up on the 20th of April but all in all she did great.. she still gets her sore throat here and there but its not been 2 weeks post yet... but she was back at school today so she gets 4 days in b4 their spring break she is a very happy girl now.. her voice is totally diffenent sounding with her tonsils out.. shall be interesting to hear what her speech teacher says tomorrow since 1st time back to her since b4 the surgery but all in all Michelle is doing great
Samantha: She is doing good.. the back talking has kicked in some again.. so we shall be working on that yet again... I know it will happen off and on her WHOLE growing up life but meh maybe get lucky and really kick it now and it wont be as bad when older.. so we shall see.. but Sam is doing good and doing really well in school.... We are looking to get her into the doctors next to take a peak at her tonsils since she has 1 that is HUGE like bigger then Michelle's huge and then the other one is tiny... so she maybe next to get the surgery done.. which we will get all done b4 out of the military at the end of this year.... but all in all she is doing good
Matthew: He is doing good.. he goes to the back doctor only 1x a month now which is nice on gas as well since gas is like 4.14 here and the 1 1/2 hr (autobaun which is 85-100mph) takes a lot of gas... but besides his back he is doing good.. he has started the paper work of departing from the military so the next 6mths he gets to do all that fun stuff and now though we look to be leaving 1st week in December instead of b4 Thanks giving like I wanted too :( But it is okay.. all happens for a reason and we will just get to spend 1 last Holiday with some amazing friends that are still here with us... but all in all he is doing good.
Me: I am doing alright... I have been having some issues with depresstion, and other mood issues.. I was just not myself and I was walking any wheres from 12 to 20miles a day since I just wanted to get away from stuff... I have done a change in my diet so I havent been as bad as I was.. but I still have some off days just not like how they were.. I went to get some blood work done to test some of my levels to see if anything is going on.. so hopefully by the end of this week or the begining of next week I will hear some news.. but we shall see.. but any ways.. i'm doing alright.. just staying busy with the kids and house and my friends.. but all in all i'm alright

Feb Family Update time
Hello Everyone.. Nothing really much new right now.. so this post should be a little shorter then normal.. sit back grab a coffee and enjoy the read...
Tristan.. He is doing good.. growing fast and learning more and more.. I see him to take after Sam with learning things since he just LOVES to draw and color (sad to say have walls to prove it.. Time to magic eraser them again) but He is doing really well with his drawing specially now since he only draws on the paper now.. but he is doing good..
Alyssa.. she is doing good. getting taller and taller.. she is already telling me what she wants for her birthday in 3mths.. she wants Barbies, barbie car, and she wants a BIG barbie House.. I told her we shall see what Mommy can find around here.. But the Barbie Kick has hit in she will be 4 come June.. but she is doing well
Ayme.. she is doing good.. she is a very bright and smart child.. she loves the learning games on the computer and she is always counting and trying to say her ABC's she is super excited about school this August and wants Michelle's teacher.. so we shall see if we can do that... but she is doing good..
Michelle.. she is doing Great.. she is doing awesome in school learning tons.. speech is going great for her you can hear a difference already which is great.. everyone at school just loves her it is so cute to see the other kids parents giving her hugs and telling me how sweet she is a such a good kid..
Samantha.. she is doing good.. she has her good days of no talking back and being a great kid and then those random days of talk back and feeling like I have a teenager already.. oh she shall be fun as a teen... The door slamming, stomping up the stairs,and screaming fit is a pain.. thankfully its not often.. but when it happens.. I just GO... Oh dear Lord... and then I go and nicely deal with her.. I think she hates it when I deal with her and i'm all nice and claim lol.. My reactions have gotten a lot better with her fits which is good... and thankfuly she has her room to go too when acting out... but all in all she is doing good...
Matthew... he is doing pretty good.. he has been seeing the back doctor almost every week to every other week for the past few months and last week the doctor was finally able to crack out that 1 spot that been causing him all those troubles.. and yesterday Matt was so happy he was finally able to run again.. and did the mile run in perfect passing PT time.. he came home with a huge smile since he can run again with NO pain... Matt is getting more excited too about getting out come end of the year.. he just cant wait to finally be by his family.. he has missed them all a ton since sad to say the kids and I over the last 10 years has seen them more then he has.. and he is just ready to be home and start all new with family around.. it will be nice... for sure for him.. specially for him to get to spend time with his younger brother....
Now to Me... I'm doing pretty good... Just keeping busy with the kids... working out with my ladies... and now slowly starting to deep clean the house to start getting rid of stuff for our move... We have so Muche stuff we really dont need.. so yep I see giving a lot of the stuff away to people that could maybe use them... But all in all i'm doing well..
well that is about it for all of us... I'll be update also about Michelle's Surgery in March's family update since her surgery is March 22nd prayers please and thank you...... have a blessed day everyone...

January 2012 Update
Hello Everyone.. it is that Time again to post in updates on everyone... so sit back.. grab a drink and or Snack.. and enjoy reading our Family update.... :)
Tristan... Well Tristan is NOW 20mths.. can you believe it.. ONLY 4mths and My baby boy will be 2yrs old.. where has the time gone... he is such a smart boy.. and is talking more.. He was driving his powerwheel yesterday around the house.. he got the whole going forwards and backwards down found the bottons and all.. but he just couldnt steer the truck so he crashed alot.. and sry.. No I didnt take pictures my camera Battery was dead.. oh well.. I will get pictures when he plays in his truck again.. But he is just doing great and getting so big..
Alyssa.... She is doing okay.. she has croup right now so coughing a lot with the off and on Fever.. poor girl.. Hopefully she will be fully better soon.. But she is doing alright besides the sickness.. she is for sure our trouble maker and likes to blame everyone else but herself for stuff.. but she is learning that that all doesnt fly with mommy.. but she is getting big on me.. she is in size 4/5 Girls clothes now... so crazy..
Ayme.. she is doing okay as well.. she also has croup like Alyssa.. so yep.. coughing and the fevers.. poor girl.. all she wants to do is lay around watch cartoons or play on the computer. but sides the sickness.. she is doing great.. she is so excited for school in August.. she just cant wait

Michelle is going in for Surgery to get her tonsils removed in March.. the surgery date got changed to March 22nd and then she will be out of school for a whole week and NO PE for 2 weeks.. Michelle doesnt want to miss school.. But Lord willing all will go smoothly and she will do fine.. but all in all Michelle is doing great
Samantha... She just turned 8yrs old.. Dont know where the years have gone on by.. but she is doing great in school.. she is learning a lot and a head still in some of her classes.. but she is a smart kid.. acts a lot older then she is.. and the teachers/people always comment to me about it.. saying.. she doesnt act like she is 8.. she acts like a 13/14yr old.. which yea.. I can see that also for her drama queen she can throw at times.. Oh the joys of your kids growing up. but we love her and she is a keeper she just keeps us on our toes haha

December 2011 Family Update
Hello Everyone.. I know I'm late on posting in for last Month But as it is for eveyone else.. December is a pretty busy month with everything going on with the holidays and kids winter break so it was kinda crazy here... But our Christmas was nice.. we got blessed with an extra 30 gifts from Matts work.. Matt put in the kids names on the Tree thinking that they would get 1 gift each.. But it seems more then 1 person took us in for wanting to gift for Christmas so we got blessed with a lot more gifts then we could ever imagine in total with the gifts we got everyone and all the gifts from Family we had just over 100 gifts.. which is totally insane.. But Still thanks to who ever it was that gave us those things... This past year of 2011.. We had a lot of stuff happen.. Good and Bad... but God hasnt left our side. and he is still there with us and going to make this year even better for us all.. God has special plans instore for us all.. and In his time things will get/be interesting.. But I am very Thankful that we have a God we can turn too and lay all our burdens on He knows whats next in our lives we dont.. any ways.. lets get to the updates on everyone now...
Tristan... he is getting HUGE.. he is 24lbs 32inches has just cut in a town of teeth including his 1yr molars.. he is 19mths old and a very smart Boy.. he is a happy boy.. and just growing up very fast on me But I am enjoying him even with his terrible 2s :) but he is just doing great
Alyssa.. she is doing good.. I was looking back on pictures of her from 3yrs ago when we 1st got here and she was only 10mths old Not walking yet and still so tiny.. and now she is 3 1/2 and gotten huge.. they just grow up way to fast.. b4 I know it she will be heading to school too.. that shall be interesting that day... she of course is still a Mama's girls (not by my choice lol) but she is doing great as well
Ayme.. Well Miss Ayme Just turned 5 on Dec 29th.. she is super excited about starting school come August she wanted to start when the girls went back to school after Winter break But i had to break her little heart and told her she still has to wait a while.. but she is a smart girl and just supper excited for school
Michelle.. she is doing well.. she is doing great in school which I'm very glad about.. we look to finally be at the end of the paper work like for the school to FINALLY start speech with her to help her out.. it only took ummm 4 1/2 mths... we will be making her a doctors appt though soon since we have been pointed out that her tonsils are 3x the size they should be so that maybe a part of her speech issues. so I will keep you all posted on that.. and prayers please for her.. she is 6 1/2yrs old.. and from the online research we have been doing.. they may want to do surgery but i wont get ahead in that just yet we will see what the doctors say 1st.. any ways.. she is doing just great though
Samantha... She is doing just Awesome.. she will be 8 soon and she sure doesnt act like it she acts like she should be turning 16.. she is a good kid and doing great in school.. she is advanced in most her classes but the teachers just love her.. she has grown into a lovely young lady.
Matt.. he is doing alright.. his back isnt as bad as it was but he still bothering him.. he sees the doctor 1x a week which the doctors is 1 1/2 hours away but it has been helping... he has a lot going on with the military and come April we will update on that all.. so prayers please.. and thank you
Me... I'm doing alright.. I seem to get in a depressed funk here and there.. and I know the weather doesnt help.. But I'm making do.. hopefully soon enough I can get back to my old ways and all... for this Year.. I want to try and loose some weight.. I have a goal I want to loose at last 40lbs this year.. BUT we shall really see.. I know when I get into those down funks I just dont want to do anythings.. but prayers please that I can get strong again and get back on track... Thank you

Tristan... he is getting HUGE.. he is 24lbs 32inches has just cut in a town of teeth including his 1yr molars.. he is 19mths old and a very smart Boy.. he is a happy boy.. and just growing up very fast on me But I am enjoying him even with his terrible 2s :) but he is just doing great
Alyssa.. she is doing good.. I was looking back on pictures of her from 3yrs ago when we 1st got here and she was only 10mths old Not walking yet and still so tiny.. and now she is 3 1/2 and gotten huge.. they just grow up way to fast.. b4 I know it she will be heading to school too.. that shall be interesting that day... she of course is still a Mama's girls (not by my choice lol) but she is doing great as well
Ayme.. Well Miss Ayme Just turned 5 on Dec 29th.. she is super excited about starting school come August she wanted to start when the girls went back to school after Winter break But i had to break her little heart and told her she still has to wait a while.. but she is a smart girl and just supper excited for school
Michelle.. she is doing well.. she is doing great in school which I'm very glad about.. we look to finally be at the end of the paper work like for the school to FINALLY start speech with her to help her out.. it only took ummm 4 1/2 mths... we will be making her a doctors appt though soon since we have been pointed out that her tonsils are 3x the size they should be so that maybe a part of her speech issues. so I will keep you all posted on that.. and prayers please for her.. she is 6 1/2yrs old.. and from the online research we have been doing.. they may want to do surgery but i wont get ahead in that just yet we will see what the doctors say 1st.. any ways.. she is doing just great though
Samantha... She is doing just Awesome.. she will be 8 soon and she sure doesnt act like it she acts like she should be turning 16.. she is a good kid and doing great in school.. she is advanced in most her classes but the teachers just love her.. she has grown into a lovely young lady.
Matt.. he is doing alright.. his back isnt as bad as it was but he still bothering him.. he sees the doctor 1x a week which the doctors is 1 1/2 hours away but it has been helping... he has a lot going on with the military and come April we will update on that all.. so prayers please.. and thank you
Me... I'm doing alright.. I seem to get in a depressed funk here and there.. and I know the weather doesnt help.. But I'm making do.. hopefully soon enough I can get back to my old ways and all... for this Year.. I want to try and loose some weight.. I have a goal I want to loose at last 40lbs this year.. BUT we shall really see.. I know when I get into those down funks I just dont want to do anythings.. but prayers please that I can get strong again and get back on track... Thank you

November 2011 Family Update time
Hello everyone.. its that time again to post up our family Update... November was a busy month But it went by pretty fast.. Seems like this year just been flying on by pretty fast.. but any ways... Our Thanks Giving plans all flop since that whole week the whole family got sick (Not me of course but the 5 kids and Matt) so Thanks Giving was a PJs movie and couch day which was alright.. thankfully they all got better by School again the Monday after hehe.. any ways.. here we go.. grab your coffee sit back and get ready to read updates on everyone here.....
Tristan.. He is doing good.. he is growing so Fast on me.. he is almost 18mths now. he is 23lbs and 32inches long.. he seems small compared to others his age.. BUT he did only start out at 4.8lbs so he is doing great I think. he is a happy boy and such a trouble maker. those evil terrible 2s have really started in now.. but he can be oh so sweet other times.. he just LOVES monster trucks and Cars he is such a boy tough and all... but all in all he is doing good
Alyssa.. She is doing good... she is getting tall fast.. she is almost 3 1/2 and wearing size 4 Girls clothes.. NOT 4T size 4.. she is such a girly girl too and in Love with Dora and Barbies its all she ask for lately.. she is so excited about her Birthday.. yes of course that isnt til June.. but she wants her Dora Birthday cake so badly.. she ask every day.. is today my birthday... me want my dora cake.. it is cute.. but she is doing good. and getting smarter every day
Ayme.. she is doing good.. she will be 5 at the end of December. crazy to think she starts school next year.. but as always.. Ayme is Ayme.. she is still all tomboy climbing trees playing sports. loves Monster trucks, cars, air planes, animals, and dont forget zombies.. yes she is my zombie child.. NO idea where she learned about zombies from.. but she is my goofball child (Takes after her Mama hehe) Ayme is a very smart bright girl too.. she has been loving doing the preschool books I got her and is trying her best to remember in which order how to write out her name.. she got all the letters but teh order is off.. but its all good.. she will be a pro at it all soon.. but yep. she loves school stuff and so excited to start school next year.. which she is asking to go to Michelles Teacher since she really likes her.. but we shall see next year.. but any ways.. Ayme is doing good...
Michelle... She is doing good... she is loving school and enjoying it every day and is always sad on the days off. she loves her teachers and just doing very well in school.. she has started to read and has started to spell the words of what she reads. it is nice to see/hear how she is doing in school... we are STILL waiting on the speech help for her.. her teacher has emailed them to see whats up and see if Michelle can start speech yet so that we can help Michelle more.. so we shall see what happens in the month of December what is up with that.. but all in all Michelle is doing great.... she is My big helper with cleaning help and 99% of the time she listens the 1st time told to do anything.. she is a good kid.. everyone is always wanting to take her since she is so kind/quiet/sweet/and nice...
Samantha .... She is doing good.. she gets in trouble at least 1x a week lately.. she always tells me its not my fault so and so was making me talk/laugh/do something... which I tell her.. No.. its not so and so's fault it is your own since it is your own choice to do bad and get in trouble.. which she doesnt like that.. but she knows it is true.. but yea.. besides that she is doing very well in school.. and she is all excited for Christmas which now with them in school.. the lovely teachers like to talk about Santa.. (which we do NOT do) so I have to keep reminding Samantha DO NOT tell the other kids he isnt real.. that is not your place to tell them.. since she almost gave the kids in her class a heart attack when they almost thought the tooth fairy wasnt real since Sam still had her tooth that she lost in class I dont want Samantha to Lie.. and it annoys me that she has too or else these kids will be heart broken to find out the truth.. but Samantha has been good enough to be nice.. and just go along with what these kids think/say.. but besides that all.. Samantha is doing well.. gets in trouble here and there but she is testing the waters with her age and see what she can and cant do now .. oh the joys of kids growing up..
Matthews..... he is doing Okay.. His back is always bothering him.. he finally got stuff started to help with his back and is going to get his back cracked 1x a week for the next 3/4weeks in hopes it will help fix it.. BUT if that all doesnt help.. then they will have to start up more testing.. poor guy gets in so much pain that some days he gets home from work and just lays on the heating pad in bed for the rest of the day.. I feel bad for him and I really hope these doctors can help him out but besides his back he is doing okay.. just always busy with work and fixing up our truck..
Now to Me.... I am doing alright.. I just always seem to be busy with the family things in life..nothing to exciting about me going on.. I'm just always on the go.... This month though has had its pros.. Made new friends which on my street.. and cons.. My good friend here moved away... the joys of being in the military and all the people that come in and out of your life.. my good friend will be missed.. since she was my walking buddy and just basically my best friend I had here.. I'm so thankful for the internet though so we can stay in touch even with being on the other side of the world but yea.. her and her whole family will be missed here.. I know Ayme is already asking about her Caleb.. it is sad when you see your kids friends move away too.. they just think.. oh well I'll just see them next week.. which yea.. we all know that next week doesnt happen with moving.. but its okay.. who knows what base we will get next.. we may end up meeting up again in the future... but any ways.. all in all i'm doing alright... I'm just excited for the holiday time this year.. which I know my sister would be shocked to hear.. since normally I dont like the holiday times.. but this year is different for some reason to me.. but yea.. any ways...

October Family Update
Hello Everyone, It is that time again to Post up a full Family update on us all here still in Germany... I cant remember if I have posted it up or not.. But our orders have changed.. and we no longer will be moving this December we will now be leaving NEXT December 2012.. it stinks it changed since our good/close friends here will be leaving next month.. but that is the life of the Military friends come and go out of our lives.. and only God knows if our paths will ever cross again in person again... makes me very thankful for the internet and phone so we can still stay in touch with everyone... any ways..... onto Other stuff... Tristan: He is doing good.. he is 16mths old.. and a very smart boy.. he is walking like a pro now.. he is my climber and loves to get in trouble.. he loves to pick on his sisters and he thinks it is funny... seems like his terrible 2s have started up already.. just 2mths earlier then his sisters started.. haha oh what fun he has been... he is also teething right now.. poor boy is cutting in 4 teeth at one time.. so he has been extra cranky speically at night... but he is doing pretty good beside the teeth....
Alyssa: She is doing good.. she is getting big.. she maybe only 3yrs old. But she is wearing size 4/5 Girls clothes. the toddler clothes dont fit her well.. but she is a smart little girl.. she is always trying to count and she loves teling you colors and shapes.. her and Ayme has started up some preschool stuff which they are enjoying.. but Alyssa is doing very well lately
Ayme: she is doing good... she is my computer geek kid haha.. she is taking after her daddy and want to play games on the computer all the time.. and she even knows how to find her games online as well.. I have had the links saved online for the older girls.. But Miss Ayme figured it all out and loves to play the games on PBSKids.org it is cute and she knows what she is doing too.. she is just to smart.. she will be 5yrs old in only just a little over 2mths.. cant believe she will be 5 already it is crazy.. she is to funny though.. she is asking for a Monster Truck birthday party.. can you tell what she likes haha.. but she is a good kid.. cant complain at all hehe
Michelle: She is doing good.. she is LOVING School.. she loves her teachers and is really enjoying going every day.. the teachers have FINALLY put in the rest of the paper work for Michelle to go and get tested and to get her Speech started.. the teachers love how Fast I am about filling out paper work and giving it back either the same day or the next day depending on when they give me the paper work to fill out.. But michelle is doing very well with school.. she has some issues with stuff But that is do to her disablities.. which we are work on to get her some special assitance for while in class and all.. but yep.. she is doing good
Samantha: She is doing alright.. she is sick right now. but with no fever she is still been going to school.. with the weather change and the flu shot. is what got her not to feel well.. but she is doing well in school and also enjoying it most days... she gets in trouble here and there in school..so she doesnt like that she gets grounded for it.. and she always ask me.. "How did you know I got in trouble today" Guess she isnt smart enough to know her teacher writes it up on her calender every time to gets in trouble or the days she gets hurt... got to love it.. she thinks she is able to hide stuff. but nope.. Mommy ALWAYS knows.. she may only be 7 1/2 but she sure acts like she is 17 most days.. oh how the teen years shall see.. any ways.. Samantha is doing good though..

But he still be going to the gym 4x a week like they have him doing.. some days he comes home and barely can move with the pains.. and other days.. its just minor pains.. I just hope the doctors can get an open appt for him to get his back looked at and for them to do some testing to see what REALLY is going on.. he goes in Nov to take his next PT test.. since he failed his last one do to his back.. please be praying that he can pass this time.. or if he fails they will flag him for his back.. poor guy... any ways.. besides that all. he is doing alright... he wil be moving shops at work next month.. so his shop he is in now. are all really sad to be loosing him.. since he is such a good worker and they all just enjoy him being there... any ways.. keep him in your prayers...
